What Aircrew is

Aircrew is an independent, unofficial macOS client for Telegram built on the official Telegram API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram FZ-LLC. Using Aircrew requires a Telegram account, and your use of the Telegram network remains governed by Telegram's Terms of Service.

License

Aircrew is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law permits it.

Free tier and Pro

The free tier is free forever within its published limits. Aircrew Pro is an optional paid subscription activated with a license key — no account is created. Payments, invoices, VAT and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are honoured — contact us or Paddle support.

Fair use

Don't use Aircrew to spam, harass, or otherwise abuse the Telegram network or its users, and don't use it to violate Telegram's terms. We may refuse or revoke licenses used for abuse.

Updates

The app checks for updates automatically and downloads them in the background; updates install only when you restart the app (or on quit). We may change or discontinue features over time.

No warranty

Aircrew is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Aircrew in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this site or in the app. Continuing to use Aircrew after a change means you accept the new terms.
