14-day refunds, no questions asked

If Aircrew Pro isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase and you'll get your money back in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request one

• Reply to your order receipt email — our merchant of record, Paddle, processes the refund back to your original payment method; or
• message us at t.me/aircrewapp and we'll sort it out.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you meant to cancel and didn't get around to it — we're not in the gotcha business.
